MSISWU läd Interstellare aller Spezies zur Dritten Intergalaktischen Kommune ein, vorallem um die Terra-de-formation der "Erde" aufzuhalten.

Als das menschliches Artefakt das am weitesten in den Weltraum vorgedrungen ist, ist die Voyager 2 ein Aufruf zur Kollaboration, zum Imaginieren, zum Terraformen und eine bitte um Antwort.
